PAF BOARD

  • Ben Wolf - President

    bwolf@srfacs.org

I've been a part of the SRFACS community for 9 years now, starting when my daughter entered TK. She was part of the Slater program, and is now off to 9th grade at Montgomery. It has been an amazing journey watching her develop as she has become fluent in French, made some great friends, and been exposed to a global perspective. My son is in 4th grade and getting going on his journey too. I'm passionate about finding ways to continuously improve our kids' experience, and fortunate to work with a fantastic crew of parents, teachers, and staff as we support the vision of the school and bilingual education.

  • Aimee Sands Carney - Vice President

Along with the excellent education and rich cultural experience, community is one of the things I most appreciate about SRFACS. That's why I joined PAF - to help foster more connections while supporting the school. My two daughters are in 4th and 6th grade, and I'm really enthused about the bilingual learning, friendships, and fun they've experienced so far. I work in PR/Marketing and am passionate about food, wine, and the great outdoors.

  • Sean Charter - Treasurer

    scharter@srfacs.org

I am a father of three children, a 1st grader, 6th grader and a 9th grader at Montgomery. We began our journey with the school 10 years ago, and I have been on the PAF board for the past 5 years, acting as the Foundation treasurer. We chose SRFACS because we believe in the benefit of a bilingual immersion education and the opportunities it can provide. We have found within it a vibrant community with a strong sense of pride in the quality of education and experience it provides its students. For my own children’s involvement with the school over the next 8 years as well as the long-term future of SRFACS and the unique program it provides, my goal is to be able to continue help foster a prosperous and sustainable parent foundation that will serve the school long into the future. I feel fortunate to be a part of this community and to be able to contribute to the success of the school; its teachers, community, and most importantly its students.

  • Bibiana Pisoni - Class Rep Chair

    bpisoni@srfacs.org

I live in Santa Rosa with my husband and two sons, both students at SRFACS. I am the chair of the Class Rep Committee and on the Finance Committee. I was born in Medellin, Colombia. At a very early age, I was inspired to make wine—so after four years of college in Medellin, I went to France. I graduated from the school of Angouleme with a degree of viticulture and enology, followed by a degree in Enology from the University of Bordeaux. From the beginning of my training in Angouleme, farming was my biggest passion followed by making wine. It is for this reason that I embrace Sonoma County as my home and the place to raise my family.

  • Danielle Stewart - Volunteer Coordinator

    dstewart@srfacs.org

I have a son at SRFACS. He is in 4th grade this year. As an ESL teacher and a second language learner, I am so grateful my son has the opportunity for a bilingual education. I joined PAF last year wanting to get connected with our school community and help out where I can to support our school programs, teachers, students and their families.

  • Emmanuel Jougounoux - Cultural Events Chair

  • Jenny Slama - Events

    jslama@srfacs.org

We have two sons in 2nd grade and TK at SRFACS. My role at PAF is helping with events and fundraising. I enjoy helping families learn about the variety of ways they can get involved at our school—there's a place for everyone to support SRFACS! Please feel welcome to reach out if you're interested in learning more about events.

  • Nora Mallonee - Grant Writing Chair

    nmallonee@srfacs.org

Part of what I love most about SRFACs is the strong sense of community. Through cultural events and traditions, enrichment opportunities, fieldtrips and school-wide events the school welcomes students and families and creates a fun and engaging culture. With a daughter in 4th grade and twins in 1st, I joined PAF to help support these opportunities and foster the SRFACs community in the years to come.

  • Claire FitzGerald - Enrichment Coordinator, Event Co-Chair

    claire@srfacs.org

I live in Santa Rosa with my husband and our two daughters. My eldest daughter is in 2nd grade at SRFACS and my youngest is in TK. I have always been a Francophile. My love for all things French led me to French language studies and a gap year in France where I worked as a nanny. My family and I feel so lucky to have a public French-American school in Santa Rosa that offers such rich cultural experiences and excellent education. I work as Registered Nurse and I am passionate about health, exercise, and nutrition.

  • Nick Lacampagne

Salut! Born and raised in Sonoma with close family ties to France, I am thrilled to be joining the SRFACS community and Parent Association. My daughter started TK in 2024 so we are just starting our journey at SRFACS. I look forward to contributing towards school and community goals.

  • Gabe Monje-Paulson

    gabe@srfacs.org

Hi everyone! I grew up between Los Angeles and Bolivia and now live here in Sonoma County. I am a massive fan of the school, its mission, and the academics and extracurriculars it offers. The success of the school is due to many collaborators and in order to be of service more directly, I joined PAF. As a part of PAF, I work to support all families in the SRFACS community, and those that are curious about it. My daughter started in TK and is currently in 2nd grade. I love futbol, learning languages, League of Legends, One Piece, Zelda: Breath of the Wild, and Dungeons & Dragons.

  • Mariko Buchholtz

    mariko@srfacs.org

I came to PAF to be more involved with the school, but stayed for the fantastic leadership. SRFACS is fortunate to have a well organized parent foundation that helps the school with its impressive program, and I'm honored to be a part of it! Our family's journey with SRFACS started in 2021, and I became an active part of the Parent Association once both our kids were at the school in 2023. I love contributing to all the community building and school enrichment that PAF funds and organizes.

  • Deborah Tapia de Martin

    deborahtapia@srfacs.org

My family has been part of the SRFACS community for the past five years. I have a son in 4th grade and a daughter in 2nd grade.

Originally from Puerto Rico, I was looking for a school that truly embraces cultural diversity, where different backgrounds are celebrated,

where my children could gain a global perspective, and where they could grow academically, socially, and emotionally. SRFACS has been all of that and more!

I joined the PAF to help bring new experiences to our community and support the continued enrichment of our school programs.

I currently serve as the Fundraising Coordinator and act as the liaison for the Green Committee.

Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or want to be a part of our programs.
